More Time on Innovation, Less on Administration

With an increased business complexity due to a growing product assortment as well as new regulatory and supply chain requirements, Mölnlycke took a step back and reviewed the ways of working with lifecycle management. This started a journey that not only changed many of the key processes like Design Control, Change Control and Market authorization, and implementation of a more up to date PLM tool, but most importantly started to change the mindset of the internal PLM community.
