By the end of the workshop, students will have the proficiency to modify existing protocols and create customized protocols, leveraging the extensive functionality offered by Pipeline Pilot.

  • Learning about architecture of Pipeline Pilot and the component collections
  • Working with variables, conditional data flow, pilot script, web port
  • Managing component and Protocol libraries
  • Building and running protocols
  • Learning sub protocols, data processing and interactive reporting using charts & tables, filtering and statistics
